All sales are final, with the exception of a product that arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent. Customer will provide proof of damaged product if item(s) was damaged as a result of the shipping process, or the wrong item was delivered. If an item was damaged as a result of the shipping process, we will try to accommodate a refund, or replacement request. In most cases, we will issue a replacement product. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will do our best to rectify the situation, whether it be by a product exchange, replacement, or in some cases, a full refund depending on the request for return/refund circumstances. All final decisions of a refund or replacement item will be at the discretion of South Shore Custom Soaps. We reserve the right to refuse any request for an exchange or a refund.
